Because it is all paper, it replaces the poly mailer with a recyclable option. The closure is built for fulfilment speed and clean opening. Staff peel the liner and press the flap to seal in one motion, with no tape gun, and the recipient pulls the tear tab for a clean open that shows if the mailer was tampered with. For e-commerce returns, a second adhesive strip lets the customer reseal and send the item back in the same mailer, which removes the cost of a return label pouch and a second bag.
Print is matched to the board so you only pay for the finish you need. White SBS and grey-back board take full-color offset for brand patterns, logos, and inside print, managed to G7 with X-Rite measurement and a signed contract proof so the color holds across reorders. Kraft runs water-based ink for a one or two color logo at a lower cost and a visible recycled look. A flat brand color that has to stay exact across runs is best set as a spot rather than a four-color build.
The body is single-material paper, so it goes in the household paper stream and carries an honest recyclable claim, unlike a poly mailer. The peel-and-seal strip uses an adhesive, and the standard release liner is discarded at packing, so for a fully plastic-free line we offer a paper-based release liner or the tuck-lock closure with no adhesive at all. FSC-certified board and recycled content are available on request for sustainability programs and EU market rules.
Size is cut to your shipment. We engineer the dieline to the contents so a garment or a stack of prints sits snug, which protects the item and avoids paying postage on dead space. Voor een volledig plasticvrije uitvoering kunt u een papieren beschermfolie of een insteeksluiting aanvragen, die zonder lijm sluit.
Kan ik full colour printen met mijn merklogo?
Ja. Wit en grijs karton worden full colour bedrukt met offsetdruk, zowel aan de binnen- als buitenkant, met een overeengekomen tolerantie en een proefdruk vóór de druk. Kraftpapier wordt bedrukt met één of twee kleuren inkt op waterbasis voor een voordeligere, milieuvriendelijkere uitstraling.
Werkt het ook voor retouren?
Ja. Een dubbele plakstrip voegt een tweede plakstrip toe, zodat de klant het artikel in dezelfde envelop kan hersluiten en retourneren. Hierdoor is een aparte retourzak niet nodig.
Welke bestelhoeveelheid is verstandig?
Er is geen strikt minimumaantal, maar de drukplaten en instelkosten zijn verdeeld over de oplage. Daarom zijn de kosten per stuk voor kleine oplages hoger en daalt de prijs bij grotere volumes. Vertel ons uw lanceringshoeveelheid en uw nabestelverwachting, dan adviseren wij u over de omslagpunten.
Verzorgt u ook internationale verzendingen?
Ja. Wij exporteren volgens standaard Incoterms zoals FOB en CIF, en wij adviseren over de juiste verpakking en pallets, zodat de bestelling efficiënt wordt verzonden en tegen redelijke kosten aankomt.
